HARTSVILLE, Tenn. -- A highway department garage is destroyed after a thunderstorm passes through Trousdale County.
Wednesday afternoon's storm went by the Trousdale County EMA office on Rivervalley Road in Hartsville flattening a structure that houses a lot of road equipment, as well as salt for the roads.
A school bus and pick-up truck also received damage, but are repairable, says EMA Director Allen Lewis.
FOX 17 Meteorologist Barak Shapiro rules out a tornado and says the damage was from the heavy winds, which reached between 50 and 70 mph.
