The robbery took place shortly before 5 p.m. at Billy's Van and Truck Parts, located at 1090 Bypass Rd. in Hopkinsville, Ky.

Jeremy Tillman, 25, of Woodbine Street in Hopkinsville, was charged with robbery; Devin Joiner, 18, of Woodbine Street in Hopkinsville was charged with wanton endangerment and robbery; Timothy Dunn, 24, of Woodbine Street in Hopkinsville, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and robbery; and Derrick A. Tillman, 20, of Woodbine Street in Hopkinsville, was charged with complicity to robbery.

According to a press release, authorities believe Jeremy Tillman entered the store and pulled a handgun on the employees and demanded money, which he did not get. He fled the business and was picked up at a different location by Timothy Dunn and Devin Joiner, the driver and owner of the suspected getaway vehicle.

Deputy Eddie Frye stopped the vehicle on Cave St., after a description of the vehicle was given by a victim approximately three minutes after the robbery. Frye ordered the suspects out of the car, and they were taken into custody.

Jeremy Tillman's brother, Derrick A. Tillman, is also being charged with complicity to commit robbery for being in the vehicle at the time the robbery occurred.
