An investigation into the deadly shooting rampage in California shows the Santa Barbara's Sheriff's Office did not watch the disturbing videos posted by gunman, Elliot Rodger.
The Sheriff's Office says four deputies, a police officer and a dispatcher in training went to Rodger's apartment April 30 after his therapist and mother expressed concern over the videos.
They questioned him for 10 minutes, but didn't go inside because they didn't have a warrant.
Rodger later wrote in his 140-page manifesto that he manipulated the officers to get them out of his hair.
Rodger killed six people and would 13 others before police say he turned the gun on himself.
