NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A Murfreesboro man is in jail after touching a minor at a Nashville water park.
Christopher Hrinda, 23, is in Davidson County Jail after being arrested for sexual battery for an incident yesterday at Nashville Shores in Hermitage. According to the Metro police affidavit, he touched a juvenile female inappropriately in the wave pool. The age of the minor is unknown.
The victim allegedly told Hrinda to stop, but he continued to touch her. He then flipped her off her float after he touched her yet again in a private area. Later, he went up to her and asked her why she did not "want this," according to the report. That's when she went and got and adult.
Hrinda is booked on $30,000 bond for two counts of the charge.
