Microsoft says a security flaw could "lead to the complete compromise of an affected system."


Hackers are inserting malicious code onto websites.


If you happen to visit one of the affected pages, your computer is instantly at risk.


Attacks have been few and far between so far.


But cybersecurity experts recommended IE's estimated 300 million users find another browser for now.


And if you're running Windows XP, you should consider this a permanent break-up.


The company isn't putting out any patches older operating systems.
