   If you've been crunching those numbers for tax time, it may be easier than ever to deduct your home office.
  In the past, many self employed workers rejected this money-saving deduction because it was complicated and those who claimed it were considered more likely to get audited.
    Now, new IRS rules allow self-employed taxpayers to deduct their home offices by using a simple formula of $5 per square foot up to a $1500 dollar deduction.
  Now to spring cleaning and we're not just talking house cleaning.  Some people get rid of outdated electronics like I-pads and laptops, but don't toss them. There are many sites that will buy them from you.
