High court ends Liberty U. lawsuit over health law

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Supreme Court turns down another chance to get rid of the Affordable Care Act. Liberty University challenged the section of the law that makes employers provide insurance to workers or pay a fine. Today, the Supreme Court dismissed the case. Richmond, Virginia's 4th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the same claims even before they made it to the Supreme Court.
