DECATURVILLE, Tenn. -- A costly and embarrassing misstep for prosecutors handling the Holly Bobo case. The Decatur County nursing student disappeared three years ago. Mark Pearcy, one of four men charged in the case is being held without bond but was a no show for Monday's preliminary hearing. Pearcy is under a hold by federal authorities on an unrelated weapons charge.  Judge Ricky Wood scolded prosecutors for not making arrangements to get Peracy to court for the hearing. Pearcy's newly appointed attorney asked for a continuance. Pearcy and his brother Jeffery are charged with being accessories after the fact and tampering with evidence. Prosecutors contend the pair had cell phone video of Bobo being assaulted. The hearing has been continued until September 22nd.
