A Decatur County grand jury has indicted Jason Wayne Autry with one count of aggravated kidnapping and one count of felony murder in the murder case of Holly Bobo, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director Mark Gwyn said in a press conference Tuesday.

Autry, who has a lengthy criminal history, is currently being held in the Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Davidson County on an unrelated aggravated assault conviction. He is described as a longtime friend of the other murder suspect Zac Adams. The district attorney general for the 24th Judicial District, Hansel McCadams, will prosecute the new charges.

Gwyn said the TBI has sworn statements saying Holly Bobo was seen with Zac Adams and Jason Wayne Autry after her kidnapping, alive.

Adams is now also charged with coercion.

Gwyn said the TBI remains hopeful Bobo's body can be found.
