Tennessee moms honoring family killed by drunk driver in 2015
WAVERLY, Tenn. —
Tennessee Mothers Against Drunk Driving will honor three people who were killed in a drunk driving incident two years ago.
They're putting up a sign in Waverly in memory of the victims.
William Griggs, Kassidy Leonard and their 12-day-old baby Kimberlynn.
They were driving on Highway 13 in 2015 when an impaired driver crossed the center line and hit them.
FOX 17 News’ Traffic Jam Sam was also hit by a drunk driver a few years ago while on her way to work at the station on New Year’s Eve. She’s reminding folks to drive sober this holiday season.
