FOX 17 News and Ronald McDonald House of Nashville 'Calls for Kids' telethon

FOX 17 News is partnering with the Ronald McDonald House Charities to help keep families close to their children receiving critical medical care.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--FOX 17 News is partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville to help keep families close to their sick children who are receiving critical medical care at a Nashville area hospital.

On April 14 from 6-9p.m. on FOX 17 News, viewers will be able to call in to pledge your support. The Telecast will be broadcast ‘live’ with all funds going to support the programs of RMHC of Nashville, specifically their 32-bedroom House and the Ronald McDonald Family Room.

Hear stories of the children and their families like the James’s, from Benton, KY, who made the Nashville Ronald McDonald House their home for 72 nights while 6-year-old Kendall received treatment for stage 3 cancer.

The mission of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Nashville is to keep families close by providing essential resources and a “home-away-from-home” for families of critically ill children receiving inpatient or outpatient medical care at Nashville area hospitals.
