Metro schools apologize, create action plan for transportation issues
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —
Metro Schools are apologizing and implementing a new action plan following a frustrating first week of school bus transportation.
Metro Schools addressed the issues of no buses, late buses, wrong buses and long wait times on a bus route help line on Friday. The schools said all new and existing students' data has been updated. Bus drivers will meet on Saturday to go over the new routes, in hopes of avoiding delays on Monday.
Parents are asked to call 259-4636 for bus stop information.
