Starting off on the right foot - 05/12/14
It's so easy to get in the Monday rut. You know what I mean. The "I'm ticked the weekend is over and don't want to go to work and wish I had one more day to do fill-in-the-blank."
This morning I decided to recommit to starting my weeks off on the right foot.
One way I'm trying to do that is by eating right (no junk food 5-9am) and working out (I'm slowly getting back into a routine.) It may not be much but hopefully better food and few endorphines will help start my week off on the right foot.
