Lesson Learned - 05/14/14
I've been working out a lot harder in preparation for an upcoming competition and over did it just a bit. The repercussion was not so pleasant. There's a reason experts say to exhale when you are lifting weights. I was leg pressing a good amount of weight and forgot to breath. Next thing I knew I got a pounding headache in the back of my head. It was annoyingly painful. I had to leave and ended up calling out sick for work it was so bad. While I did come back today it's still there just enough to let me know but not enough to hurt a lot.
Next time I will "CONCENTRATE" and not let that happen again!!!
