WASHINGTON, D.C. - Now an undercover video surfaces that showed people hired to help you sign up for coverage encouraged callers to lie about their income in order to try to get larger subsidies. FOX17's National Correspondent Kristine Frazao has the story. The renewed focus on navigators for Obamacare coverage started last week, and now this. Video from conservative activist James O'Keefe shows workers and navigators at a Dallas site run by the National Urban League. It appears navigators were encouraging people to lie in the process of signing up for Obamacare benefits. The video is clearly edited and O'Keefe has been criticized for deceiving the public in the past and was forced to pay $100,000 to settle a lawsuit related to another video he released. Still, the Urban League has fired one person as a result of the video, with 3 others suspended.

Do most people even know what healthcare navigators are? Indirectly, navigators work for you. The federal government awarded $67 million in grants to 105 organizations that agreed to hire healthcare navigators. Through a series of program and offices, the navigator program is ultimately a part of the Department of Health and Human Services.

Maryland Representative Andy Harris (R-MD 1st District)says the IRS should start investigating.
